How do I choose a Danlous watch?
Explore the individual dial colors, case shapes and strap styles on each product page. Each design is US$99. The images show the color combination offered for that model. Contact us before ordering if you need a specific fit or technical detail confirmed.
When will my order be dispatched?
Order processing takes 2–4 business days before dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing is additional to transit time.
What are the shipping options?
Standard Shipping is FREE and takes an estimated 12–20 business days after dispatch. Express Shipping is US$14.90 and takes an estimated 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.
Where do you deliver and how can I track my order?
Available destinations appear at checkout. Shipment updates and available tracking are sent to your order email. The first tracking scan may take time to appear. Customs or carrier disruptions can affect delivery. Import charges may apply when not prepaid.
Can I return my watch?
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery by emailing sac@danlous.com. Ask for routing instructions before sending anything back. Voluntary returns should be unused and complete. How do I care for my watch?
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth and keep away from chemicals, impacts and extreme heat. Avoid water exposure unless a water-resistance specification has been confirmed for your item. Contact support for model-specific questions.
